Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Management for full spectrum of Human Resource General Management including recruitment and interview, manpower planning,payroll,performance management,training & development and employee communications and etc
- Formulating and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Responsible in handling disciplinary issues,staff counselling and other industrial/employee relation matters
Requirements:
- Min. diploma / degree in Human Resource / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification
- Min. 2 years experience in Human Resource or Personnel Management
- Good inter-personal / interview skills
- Good in Bahasa Melayu and English,spoken and written
- Knowledge of Employment Act / statutory requirements in employment
- Work independently and with computer literate
