Responsibilities:
- To attend to all in-coming and out-going calls to / from the Company with courtesy.
- To organize and record all in-coming and out-going mails including registered mails to / from the Company systematically.
- To greet and attend to all clients / visitors with poise and friendly manner at the reception desk.
- To supervise the despatching of documents by the Desptach Clerk.
- To arrange and monitor the external courier services.
- To keep and maintain the reception desk clean and tidy at all times.
- To prepare the daily attendance report of all employees on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent qualification from accredited learning institutions.
- At least 2 years related working experience.
- Good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well verse with MS Word and Excel.
- Applicants MUST be Malaysian citizen or holding relevant residence status.
