HR & Administrative Assistant
MYR 1600 - 2500
(Selangor - Putra Heights, Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Handle general office administrative duties and other tasks given from time to time.
• Provide administrative support in document management.
• Provides HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
• Assists Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.
• Attendance to be punctual and responsible for work.
• Responsible as a Personal Assistant.

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferred language(s): Korean, Chinese
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Putra Heights,Subang Jaya.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
